On-Site Policies
Admission into Hospitality Tents
- Hospitality tickets must be presented for admission.
Alcoholic Beverages
- Hospitality guests may leave hospitality locations with no more than two (2) beverages per person.
Autographs
- During the Competition Rounds Friday through Sunday, autograph seeking is limited to the designated area near the clubhouse outside of the scoring area (After their round, players sign their scorecards prior to signing autographs).
- Under no circumstances is autograph seeking permitted inside the Clubhouse; failure to adhere to this guideline will result in confiscation of Clubhouse tickets.
Banners and Signage
- The tournament will provide signage with each corporation’s name at the entrance of their hospitality tent and within the tent, if applicable.
- Capital Chalet clients may place signage INSIDE their tent structure provided signage is not visible outside the chalet.
Gate Hours
- Gate hours will be posted at a later date. Please check back for updates!
Note: Gates are closed Monday through Wednesday.
Hospitality Tent Hours
- Hospitality tents are closed during the Pro-Am round on Thursday; if you would like to host guets in your hospitality area on Thursday, special arrangements can be made by contacting your sales representative.
Inclement Weather policy
- If inclement weather is in the vicinity, spectators will be advised on the electronic scoreboards placed throughout the golf course.
- If inclement weather occurs, spectators should avoid the following areas: bleachers, bodies of water, tall or isolated trees, metal or wire fences, golf carts, open fields, telephone poles and hilltops.
- If the weather warning on the electronic scoreboards asks spectators to seek shelter, all spectators will be required to clear the golf course and return to their vehicles; please note that hospitality tents are NOT shelters for dangerous weather.
Mobile Phone policies
- Mobile phones are permitted on-site but must be in silent mode at all times.
- Please do not accept or place calls while near play where it could distract the professional golfers.
- Any photos/video captured may be utilized for personal social media posts but not for commercial purposes.
- Please do not use a flash when taking photos.
- No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
- Failure to comply with mobile phone policies may result in the confiscation of your ticket.
Youth Admission policies
- Youth ages 18 and under receive complimentary admission to the grounds with a paying adult.
- Youth ages 6 or older must possess the appropriate ticket to enter hospitality venues or the Clubhouse.
